Royal take big first innings lead, 33/2 in second innings

S. Thomas' College were bowled out for 153 in their first innings of the 144th Battle of the Blues, with Royal College carrying forward a 173-run lead. 

That lead was extended by a further 34 runs after 10 overs of Royal College's second innings. , 

Bulan Weeratunga was the pick of the bowlers for Royal College taking 3 for 26, with Ranuka, Sandesh and Sineth taking two wicekts a piece.
