Primary sections of all schools start on Monday

The primary sections of government and government approved private schools from Grades 1 to 5 will start on Monday (25), the Education Ministry said.

The primary sections of schools with less than 200 students started on October 21 under the first phase.

Accordingly, health recommendations have been received to start primary sections in schools with more than 200 students under the second phase.

Accordingly, the Education Ministry is working with the Provincial Governors, Provincial Chief Secretaries, Provincial Secretaries of Education, Provincial Education Directors, Zonal Education Directors, Principals and other education  authorities to establish primary sections in those schools.
