OK...... NEXT TIME WHEN YOU GO VISITING YOUR HOME TOWN, REMOVE YOUR HEAD AND GO IF YOU HAVE ONE.

THIS IS THE THIRDS CLASS MENTALITY OF ALL THE POLITICIANS IN THIS COUNTRY.THEY BELIEVE THAT,THEY MUST PROVIDE JOBS OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANT TO EVERY VOTERS WHOM VOTE FOR HIM.AS PER THIS MORON,HE SHOULD PROVIDE 200,000 JOBS IN HIS MINISTRY.THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT WISE ENOUGH TO THINK THAT THEY HAVE BEEN APPOINTED TO SERVE THE ENTIRE COUNTRY NOT ONLY FOR THEIR VOTERS.THESE MORONS ALWAYS WORRY ABOUT THEIR POLITICAL FUTURE AND NEVER THINK OR WORRY ABOUT FUTURE OF THE COUNTRY.

    Well said...

Mr.minister, your job is not providing empoyment opportunity to your henchmens rather take steps to develop countries telecomunication sector...you will be remembered or forgotten for the contribution you had for development of the sector.

    daham Saturday, 09 December 2017 10:57 AM

At least now can you understand you boss?

    voter Saturday, 09 December 2017 11:34 AM

Ohhh. Didn't know that MP's are elected to parliament to provide jobs for their supporters. Always thought that jobs are afforded to qualified and suitable persons and not just to every Tom Dick and Harry.

Stunned Citizen Saturday, 09 December 2017 11:40 AM

Dear Minister, We dont want you Henchmen, but what we and this country needs is people who a capable and have the qualifications to perform their duties. Jobs to be given out on merit. Given jobs to Henchmen has been the blight for this country. So dont worry think of 6.5 million people who will give you Pol Toku on your and other MPs heads.

    gamini Saturday, 09 December 2017 12:11 PM

why give jobs to people who voted for you only in your ministry. Give them jobs in their own electorate. If you create the right environment they will find their own jobs.

    Chrisantha Saturday, 09 December 2017 04:22 PM

This dumm attitude has created havoc in govt. Services over decades. When they get elected govt. Departments are packed with unwanted henchman mostly with no qualifications, no expertise and they become a burden to the country for decades. What politicians should work towards is relevant employment generation in their areas and provide training to everyone to meet these different employment opportunities. Never Never blindly promise jobs!!!!!!

Buddhi Perera Saturday, 09 December 2017 04:28 PM

UNP's promise was to give 1M jobs in 5 years. They got some 5M votes. If every UNP MP is going to give jobs to his supporters - it is not possible and what happens to others- Non-UNPers? These fools are talking BS

    Hiran Saturday, 09 December 2017 04:52 PM

You are not helpless, but hopeless! You should bring projects that can generate thousands of job opportunities for UNPers, SLFPers, JVPers, etc. Do not whine! Act now

    upali Saturday, 09 December 2017 05:54 PM

Minister, please re-check whether you have a head to knock.

    Mason Saturday, 09 December 2017 06:10 PM

Your biggest worry seems to be that by providing jobs, you could not gather enough supporters to get thru once again. Have you no thought for those who voted for you to provide a better tomorrow for the citizens of the country!

    mnsmart Saturday, 09 December 2017 06:35 PM

    Give them baloons to blow,

    NA Saturday, 09 December 2017 06:39 PM

Here is an idea Mr. Minister. Create 200 random jobs. Give each one of your supporters just a day of each year to work in those 200 jobs.Repeat that for 5 years and your promise to them is eventually will be fulfilled. Koho'ma'da Ma'ge Tikiri Mol'lay. Ha..Ha..PS: You only need to learn how to multiply numbers. That's it and you are in business.
