No power interruption during President’s address today

No power interruptions will be in place in any part of the country during the time when President Gotabaya Rajapaksa makes a special address.

The President is scheduled to address the nation tonight at 8.30 pm.

According to the demand management power shedding schedule announced yesterday for today, there was no power interruptions mentioned between 8.00 pm and 9.30 p.m.

Power cuts will end at 8.00 pm this evening and will come to effect from 9.30 pm in the designated segments. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)

Enough of talks now . All what we need some actions. He lost confidence of people and his own MPs . It is shame he is still holding into power . He should have been gone by now long time ago .. MR family is so scared to go home . They feared that if they lost their power they will be punished by one way or another . This physiological fear is another reason why they cannot give up power . Now; it is in the interest of the nation that monks and community leaders persuade Gota to go home with respect and dignity before it comes tool late ..
