What is the use of all these committees. When will they arrest Central Bank governor Arjun Mahnedran, Aloysius and BOC Chairman Gamini Wickramasinghe for robbing billions from the treasury

Prasanna Ranaweera? This guy has not passed O/L. He has no ethics, does not know how to behave in the Parliament. His son was given a Ministry car to attack a boy over a love affair. Is this the type of people appoint to such a committee?

These committees are toothless and waste of human and financial resources. For them to be effective, their recommendations have to be followed up. Many institutions like the Sri Lankan (airways), SLC, CPC, CEB, have been exposed by these committees for their corrupt practices, but no action has ever been taken. What's the point in going the process if never followed up.

Is the speaker a sane person or a lunatic for appointing Kappam Karayos and miriskudu guys?
Harak Monday, 21 November 2022 11:54 AM
Can the respected academics who are appointed to these Committees continue to remain shamelessly when there are gons like miriskudu in the Committee ?
