The Terrorist Investigations Division (TID) today arrested Mohammed Thajudeen Aship Ahamad, who had received armed training from Easter Sunday mastermind Mohammad Zharan in the Nuwara Eliya, Police Spokesman Ruwan Gunasekera said.
The 20-year-old suspect was arrested with the assistance of Navy intelligence officers while he was working at a garment factory in Maharagama.
He is currently detained by the TID. (Darshana Sanjeewa Balasuriya)
