When there is ongoing construction with unfinished work, how can they enter into highway without proper permission? Those officials also must be punished.

Motorists don’t enter for fun ... just put some barriers and block . Also put a board to not enter without some many press release.

If the Central Expressway (E-04) can not be used why not barricade the entry points to the highway? it is not an unsolvable issue.

Simple solution - Use concrete barricades. You can't solve such a simple problem. You have to be Sri Lankan!

Can't the authorities figure out how to block access to this road? Dear me! How the hell are idiots like this constructing an Expressway?

    Samson Friday, 25 June 2021 11:55 AM

Why leave room for vehicles to enter?
