Shehan Semasinghe was sworn in as the State Minister of Samurdhi, Micro Finance, Entrepreneurship and Business Development while Vijitha Beragoda was appointed as the State Minister of Sunday Schools, Education of Sangha, Piriven and Buddhist Universities

One of my employees can yelp quite well, which is classified as singing here, and can also elicit strange sounds from a drum. I would clearly classify him as a rural artist. Is State Minister Wickramanayaka responsible for him now?
