The DIG in charge of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) W. Thilakaratne has been transferred.
W. Tilakaratne was appointed as the DIG in charge of the CID on October 28, 2021.
Sources said that Nuwara Eliya DIG Prasad Ranasinghe is to be appointed as the DIG in charge of the CID. (Darshana Sanjeewa Balasuriya)
