Unfortunately we live in a country where MPs are above the law. Even the Police who is supposed to uphold the law will fail to see justice meated out to the guilty Parlimentarians. Likewise this will be swept under the carpet as the UNP will blame the JO and the JO will blame the UNP and Police will say lack of evidence. Are these people inside parliament working for the benefit of the public or simply their to promote their own prospects and benefits? If they are working for the benefit of the people, their is no reason whatsoever to have fist-cuffs. Fist-cuffs happens when issues become personal and personal benefits are at stake.
