COVID-19 death toll surges to 171

Six more COVID-19 deaths were reported today bringing the death toll to 171, the Government Information Department said.

It said three females aged 39, 88, 83 and three males aged 68, 77, 76 are among the deceased.

They are residents of Colombo 14, Weeragula, Colombo 15, Colombo 10, Kiriwaththuduwa and Bandaragama.
