This is very sad and please introduce the capital punishment for all drug dealers at least for two years and to see what kind of social change that could bring our country.. please introduce this as a matter of emergency...do be crazy as Americans do with gun....our problems is drug problem...so don't delay... introduce this capital punishment for some time ...not for all the time just for a few years ...it would be better for the country to get rid of some drug addict to save our community... evaluate prons and cons on matter.. don't worry what west say ..we are sovereign nation so please do this .

I Think its time for the country to build a Drug Rehab Centre, specially with the rising flow of drugs into the country the increase of addicts, taking into account majority of addicts have not or do not come forward for various reasons. The country has been on crawling on its belly and the majority of people decide to resort to taking drugs and or selling them to put food on the table. Dealers give out drugs free to hook those who they can then use as dealers. If a rehab Centre is not established sooner rather than later the number of addicts, crime and the health cost will increase and bring about the prison and hospitals unable to cope with the influx of admissions.

It looks like a pre planned attack. How come the drug addict had kerosene and a torch in hand? Someone hired the suspect to attack the boy. It is obvious that the party he was invited and this crime is related.
