Whaaaaat , Chinese arrested in Sri Lanka. Isn't this theirs?

So you arrest forigners for over staying visa after closing down the airport for months ? The visa extensions is not free. Other counties are offering it free due to the pandemic situation. Most Commercial flights are not coming here because you have closed the airport. Now you expect forigners to leave through expensive transit routes ? You made flying expensive for them by closing the airport. The right thing to do now is giving free visa extensions and free shelter. Closing the airport is your decision. So now you should facilitate them. The Forigners are suffering with no food and money. Not every country will send a charter flight to take them back

Better announce in all media automatic visa extension in Chinese as required by the latest agreement.

Ben Navaratne Thursday, 27 August 2020 11:14 PM

These Chinese must get Medical Certificate from Sri Lanka Government Hospital , before they apply for work visas. They have to do it every years and give proof of residence here. If they move to other locations thay have to report to Police staion in the area, WE are too free with these guys.
