The baby is not born yet, Don't know the colour. But these people put the name, and looked up the horoscope already. It's not extending the term, only extending the number of terms. Also it is done by the people of the country. If they think he is not suitable, then they can elect some other. And also this is responsible to the parliament too.

UNP is alergic for reforms. They are not willing to reform their own party which suffered 18 election defeats. So do not expect them to support constitutional reforms.
Anyway UNP is overwhelmingly rejected by majority voters during recently concluded general and presidential elections.
