Was not an order of the Appeal Court to stay proceedings served on the Court Martial panel ? How can they sit ?

When the written submissions of defence counsel is given to
the so called judge advocate before 30th April he will pass it over to prosecuting counsel to draft his submissions

I my self was an army officer. I have seen SF in thick battle for 20 years like a brave hero. Never heard the heroic General being disgraceful. This is really ungrateful by a nation to its GENUINE war hero.
