MR has a country to run. Since this case began, the priority has been getting the poor girl out of that country. It could have happened to anybody who went to work with that family.

Although MR Govt. keeps tellings the Sri Lanka people that it will not subject itself to international pressure, specially the West, in reality it reacts to such pressure. This time most unexpectedly for the SL Govt. the British Prime Minister has clearly said in the House of Commons that his Govt. supports the need for an independent inquiry on the allegations of war crimes. MR's reaction to this is to appoint another Commission to implement LLRC interim recommendations. How long will the people of SL be hoodwinked like this. Why cannot the SL Govt. be honest and accept faults and act correctly in the future.
