Dr. Satyanjal Pandey pays farewell call on Defence Secretary

Colombo, June 9 (Daily Mirror) - The outgoing Indian Deputy High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, Dr. Satyanjal Pandey, paid a farewell call on Sri Lanka’s Defence Secretary, Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha, at the Ministry of Defence today.

During the meeting, the Defence Secretary and Dr. Pandey exchanged views on the longstanding and friendly relations between Sri Lanka and India. The discussion highlighted the strong bilateral partnership and continued cooperation between the two neighbouring countries.

The Defence Secretary expressed appreciation for Dr. Pandey’s contributions toward strengthening Sri Lanka–India relations during his tenure in Sri Lanka. He also extended his best wishes to the outgoing diplomat for success in his future endeavours.
