Why cannot the government take a decision early and communicate early rather than waiting till Sunday to announce the reopening of schools. This puts many uncertainties amongst parents and equally to children

DISCUSSIONS WITH CORONA VIRUS ?

Corona pandemic has been going since last January and schools have been closed for a long period. Students from affluent families have online lessons whereas poor students waste precious time at home. The minister has had more than a year to come up with a plan to provide online education. However, he doesn't seem to care.

Please don’t play around with our Children’s lives ! First confirm that the situation in the country is fully controlled before trying to expose children unnecessarily.

very dissapointed at you, Professor. One would think an educated man like you would understand that children are very vulnerable right now. They cannot be vaccincated, they are under 18 and yet you demand that we send them to school like lambs to the slaughter? WHO will stay with our ill kids if they are Covid19 positive? They will die alone. All because you want to show that schools are open.

Why bluffing and causing damages for poor children's education. Say frankly, to avoid May day and to block Muslim Festival you are playing this game.

Don't fear GL, hold the May day rally, masses will not cast stones or rotten eggs to your SLPP stage.

You always give short dates and then extend it. Don't fool the public. Do you think that by May 3rd Corona will be controlled?

The most indecisive government in living memory.
