Daughter chains father to a Kennel

A mother of three children residing in Kengalle Ihalawela, Panchipitiya was  taken into custody by the Balagolla police on suspicion of chaining her own father to a Kennel. When the suspect woman was produced before the Kandy additional Judge Srinith Wijesekera yesterday  was remanded until 19th October.

The suspect remanded had been identified as M.P.Manori Chamari Hewage (42).

Under the direction of ASP Kamal Ranaweera, the OIC of Balagolla police P.K. Pushpakumara are conducting further investigations.
