EU a constant companion of SL

Ambassador and Head of Delegation of the European Union to Sri Lanka and the Maldives Bernard Savage told Daily Mirror that the EU has been a constant companion of Sri Lanka in dealing with humanitarian situations, not only related to conflicts but after the tragedy of Tsunami in 2004.

He further said the EU would allocate the money which came with the Nobel Prize for a special series of projects providing relief throughout the world to children affected by humanitarian crises.
