Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe in an interview with the Channel NewsAsia commented on terrorism especially that of the ISIS among many other issues. The Premier said the ISIS has political roots. He said some actions by the West and some actions within the regional establishments were questionable but he is not pointing the finger at anyone in particular.
