MOL Lanka bags Customer Service Quality Award in Liner Shipping

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Lanka (Private) Ltd. (MOL Lanka) was  honoured with the National Industry Silver Award in Liner Shipping at the recently concluded Customer Service Quality Awards ceremony 2014” organized by the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (UK) – Sri Lanka Branch.
This is the highest award to a shipping line in the awards sector. MOL stood as the sole contender in this category amongst all other shipping agents and proudly grab the silver award on the ceremonial night. No shipping agent was qualified for the Gold or Bronze awards.
