PromoLanka wins int’l quality summit award in New York

PromoLanka Group was awarded the BID International Quality Summit Award in the Gold category for 2016, at a ceremony held in New York. The award was received by PromoLanka Group Chairman and Managing Director Azad Mansoor during the BID International Quality Summit Convention - a gathering of professionals and business leaders from around the world to recognise excellence in quality management.

Led by a group of qualified professionals from academia, business and engineering sectors, the International Quality Convention in New York recognises best practices and pacesetters in Total Quality Management and Quality Culture. PromoLanka Group was chosen as the winner in the Gold category for its carefully selected product portfolio that ensures quality and

complete satisfaction for the customer, alongside its commitment to the criteria of the QC100 TQM Model. This model has been devised to help bolster customer satisfaction and cost efficiency across all areas of operation. The model promotes an organisational culture of engagement and a proactive approach to improving processes, two commitments PromoLanka had made to its business from inception.
