Kuwait Airways, the national carrier of the State of Kuwait will be introducing the complete customized programme of data transfers, testing and migration over to the industry-leading Amadeus Altéa Suite Reservations System.
The Amadeus Altéa Suite is a comprehensive Passenger Service System (PSS) offering full reservation, inventory and departure control capabilities, all of which combines to provide a customized and integrated solution that will help Kuwait Airways maximize bookings and revenue growth across multiple distribution channels.
Simply, Kuwait Airways customers can look forward to a superior booking and travel experience with the official national carrier of Kuwait, in all areas relating to airline and non-airline content.
Amadeus Altéa Suite will enable Kuwait Airways to enhance the ease by which the passengers interact with the airline through tailored solutions for each customer. It will also optimize revenue via sophisticated inventory and schedule management technology that can provide valuable market performance indicators and customer insights.
According to Kuwait Airways, the programme’s implementation timeline has been divided into two phases, the first of which commenced in the last quarter of last year.
