Leading five-star city hotel Cinnamon Grand’s 2015 ranking averaged at 8.3 out of 10, while five-star urban resort Cinnamon Lakeside had a 8.2 and lean luxury Cinnamon Red scored the highest with 8.5.
The award is considered a symbol of excellence as a best guest experience provider among some 800,000 properties on the Booking.com site.
