The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has planned its third investor forum outside Sri Lanka to lure foreign investors to the country’s capital market. The investor forum will be held on September 9 at the Island Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong.

Central Bank Governor Ajith Nivard Cabraal, Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Dr. Nalaka Godahewa and CSE Chairman Krishan Balendra are scheduled to conduct presentations at the event.

The presentations will follow a question and answer session and pre-scheduled group discussions with listed companies.

The CSE previously held two foreign investor forums in Mumbai and Dubai.

Sri Lanka’s year-to-date net foreign inflow remains positive at Rs.15.8 billion.
