Former Trinity College, CR and FC and National Sevens player, Nigel Ratwatte will lead Kandy Sports Club during the 2019/2020 Inter-Club rugby season.
His appointment will be made at the Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) shortly.
Meanwhile, former Kingswood College, Kandy SC and Sri Lanka XV’s and Sevens player, Fazil Marija will be the Head Coach of Kandy SC for the 2019/2020 season.
Fazil for his good work was appointed as the Three Quarter Coach of the National 15-A-Side outfit which toured Malaysia and Chinese Taipei recently. He is tipped to take over the Sevens coaching as well for the country.
Fazil will have former Isipathana College and CR and FC player, Viraj Prasanna as the Forwards Coach for the next rugby season.
