The cycling (racing and standard), race walking and marathon events of the 45th National Sports Festival (NSF) for both Men and Women will be worked off from May 23 to 26 in Anuradhapura.
Over 1,000 athletes are expected to participate in this event which will be conducted by the Ministry of Sports.
The Men’s racing cycling event will be held on May 23 commencing at 9.00 a.m. with a distance of 128km.
The Women’s cycling racing event with a distance of 48km will be held on the same day commencing at 3.00 p.m.
Meanwhile, the Women’s standard cycling event with a distance of 48km will be staged on May 24 commencing at 6.00 a.m.
The Men’s standard cycling event with a distance of 128km will be held on the same day commencing at 9.00 a.m.
The Men’s and Women’s race walking events and the marathon for Men and Women will be worked off on May 26. (SP)
