David Pieris Racing and Leisure (Pvt.) Ltd, is giving motor sports enthusiasts and visitors to Nuwara Eliya an opportunity try out the thrilling experience of karting at ‘SLKC Karting Wasanthaya 2019.’
Being the company that owns and operates Sri Lanka’s first international karting track in Bandaragama, David Pieris Racing and Leisure (Pvt.) Ltd will be hosting the first ever karting experience in the hill country.
This highly anticipated event is set to take place from April 8 to 22, 2019, at Car Park 04, Upper Lake Road, Nuwara Eliya.
A fleet of several types of rental karts for different skill levels, including children, along with the required safety equipment and a mini track will be on offer for anyone who wants to try out the sport or simply have a thrilling, fun filled experience.
David Pieris Racing and Leisure (Pvt.) Ltd Managing Director Naalaka Madugalle said: “This is the first time that we are operating a karting track outside the Sri Lanka Karting Circuit’s in Bandaragama. Our objective is to popularise this sport among those who otherwise may never be exposed to karting, which as everyone knows the first step for future motor sports champions.”
SLKC Karting Wasanthaya 2019 will also showcase the extensive products and services offered by the David Pieris Group. Ltd.
