Litro Gas Lanka donates Rs 5 million to the fund to aid victims of the Easter Sunday tragedy

Standing in solidarity with fellow Sri Lankans who had to reckon with an unprecedented tragedy on Easter Sunday this April, Litro Gas Lanka donated Rs 5 million to the fund for the victims of the day. Representatives of Litro Gas including Mr. Muditha Peiris handed over the donation to Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith on 10th June 2019 at the Archbishops House. The donation will be used as financial aid in the efforts to assist those who continue to suffer in the aftermath of the attack to rebuild their lives. 

“We as a nation are still reeling from the emotional, social and economic impact of the Easter Sunday tragedy. Our hearts ache for those who were directly impacted and are now trying to heal and rebuild their lives.  As a nation, we have always relied on each other in times of great need. This humble donation is our contribution to the nationwide efforts to help our brothers, sisters and children heal and carry on with their lives,” commented Mr. Muditha Peiris.
