AIA customers continue to enjoy luxury trips overseas with AIA Real Rewards

120 lucky winners won overseas holiday packages for two in 2019 from AIA’s Real Rewards programme. Initiated in 2014, the programme offers more benefits to the customer, while placing AIA even higher on the scale of superlative customer experience.

Every year the programme sees an increased number of winners with 15 lucky winners selected from a quarterly grand draw to win a four-day foreign holiday package for two. The programme is unparalleled in the industry with winners walking away with holiday packages for themselves and a loved one, to Singapore, Malaysia or Bangkok. 

AIA’s CEO Nikhil Advani reiterated AIA’s commitment to its customers; “AIA Real Rewards is committed to providing an excellent customer experience which is a top priority at AIA and we will continue to find ways to enhance our offering in terms of rewarding our customers for their patronage and loyalty. We are currently in the process of revamping this programme to ensure better rewards and more winners for 2020, so we can offer better value to our loyal customers.” 

He explained, “Winning with AIA Real Rewards is simple. All you have to do is be an AIA customer and pay your premiums on time! If you pay your premiums annually or through a Standing Order- you have a higher chance of winning. Or you can pay your premiums half-yearly or quarterly, to stand a good chance.”
