Video: MR signs proclamation

President Mahinda Rajapaksa a short while ago signed the proclamation declaring his intention to hold a Presidential Election seeking another term.

Meanwhile the Election Commissioner said he has received the proclamation signed by the President and that the nominations will be called shortly.
