Ministry secretary in Jekyll and Hyde role

A Ministry secretary well past his sixties, sometime ago made a humble request to the Big Boss that he be given yet another service extension.

Despite reports that he had been involved in anti-government activity during the previous administration, the Big Boss obtained the Cabinet approval for granting him another service extension.

Quite recently, the palace received an intelligence report that this Ministry secretary while playing the role of faithful public servant during the day is actively engaged in the night in the ongoing operation of hooking government Diyawanna members one by one.  His head is due to roll shortly, they say.
