The Blue party members holding Ministerial office in the new government recently called on the Compassionate One armed with an ultimatum to present to him.

“We have decided we should not hold office in this government when our party colleagues are being harassed and harried as victims of a witch hunt. Therefore, we are going to quit office soon after the vote on the proposed 20th Amendment is taken,” they told the New Boss who is also the current Blue party chief.
The New Big Boss wanted to avert the impending crisis at any cost. A seasoned politician, he knew when and where to pull at somebody’s heartstrings.
“Now look here. Do you want to reduce me to a loner in this government?” he asked the Blue party Ministerial ones. “Why can’ you be patient for a little longer?”

Visibly moved by the poignant query, the Blue party Ministerial ones said: “Ok, Sir. We will not quit. We will stand by you!”
