Some political veterans are said to be trying these days to impress the party bosses on the virtue of giving their juniors a chance to enter the mini legislature.
Five prominent politicos from the upcountry are reportedly going after the party bosses seeking their consent.
Three of these party veterans are taking an interest in securing nomination for either son or daughter who had been members of the mini legislature earlier while the other two are bent on the sponsorship of both son and sister to enter the fray for the first time, they say.
The two politicos seeking nomination for both sister and son are said to be calling on the party bosses accompanied by the latter about three times a week.
