Sealed but back in production!

This distillery had been officially sealed after suspending its operations following the failure on the part of the owner to pay up the tax dues amounting to Rs. 90 million. 

However, the interested parties have now, using the clout of a powerful political authority, forcibly opened the distillery and had begun making preliminary preparations to resume production operations, they say.

This distillery had been sealed on several previous occasions as well for defaulting on tax payments. However, on some such occasions production operations had been continued with the connivance of some white-collar high-ups of the establishment responsible for taking such punitive action. 

The owner of the distillery is said to be a buddy of high political authority.
