Political maverick may jump on the bandwagon after all!

A Diyawanna politico from Kalutara district, a maverick  leading a minor party named after an old party with a slight change, is said to have distanced himself from his group in the council these days. 

Some people who have made discreet inquiries to find out the cause for his apparent change have reportedly come to know that he too has received an invitation to accept a purohita office and the indications are that he may do the somersault shortly!

However, according to some sources, the jump he has planned may not materialize immediately, as some Pohottuwa members have placed obstacles in his way. 

Meanwhile, some other sources say that despite the objections from Pohottuwa members the Kalutara political maverick’s name still appears in the list of new Top Team members to be appointed!
