A local politico who has sworn allegiance to a political party in the bud had recently found to his pleasant surprise that a hefty sum of money inadvertently transferred to his bank account.
When the rightful recipient of the money had claimed it, the politico had refused to part with it saying, “Neither did I ask for this money nor did I get it by any unlawful means. Therefore, I am not going to give it back to anyone!”
The rightful owner of the money had tried to get back the money, through the intervention of the political party leader without success.
Now, the uniformed ones are looking into the matter following a complaint by the rightful owner of the money, they say.
