It was a black-coated one who severed ties with the Green party who initially handled the crash development project launched by Number One to empower the village. His getting close to the palace after turning his back on the Green party saw him being elevated to the high office of an advisor.
The man was so wedded to this programme, it was even rumoured once that the development project was an idea the advisor himself had conceived and Number One only borrowed it from him.
While ruling the roost over the new project, a more powerful person had unceremoniously taken over its helm reducing the black-coated advisor to a nonentity. So, the highly disillusioned man has now stopped visiting the project office and even given his political boss, Number One a wide berth, they say.
