A certain gabby politico who once had to languish in the state lodge for shooting off his mouth had recently got egg on his face when he tried to admonish the people at a public meeting.
The audience comprising mostly ordinary people had become furious when he in an emotive speech exhorted them to come forward to make sacrifices for the sake of the country in the face of the prevailing economic crisis. The irate people had immediately started greeting him with boos.
Fearing a worse reaction from the irate people, the politico’s security personnel had helped the politico to flee away from the scene in his vehicle , they say.
