There is a keen contest on between the ‘kapati-suit’ clan and the khaki suit clan to claim the credit for the successful raid by the Dubai Police on the Madush-led underworld heroin gang.
However, the khaki chief who would jump at claiming credit even for a minor job done by his lesser mortals is keeping mum these days, they say.
He is said to have been gagged by an order from high above.
Meanwhile, the one high above has reportedly decided to detach a key division of his department and attach it to another department in a bid to reduce the khaki chief to a dwarf, they say.
