Some Green party backbenchers are said to be in an ugly mood these days for having to suffer various forms of harassment at the hands of some ‘upstarts’ in the party.
These upstarts, they say, are henchmen of the party’s top men who have gained the status of confidants whose main job is carrying tales against them. There are a few purohitas too among this tale-carrier- confidants.
These angry backbenchers are said to be probing into various allegations against these confidants to collect possible damning evidence of their shady deals and illegal doings. However, inside sources say that these backbenchers propose to use the incriminating evidence they hope to collect only to use it as a weapon to bend the culprits to their will for their own advantage!
