Since his appointment as an organizer the politico had started looking into the needs of the people in the entire area with great zeal. He had even launched some development activity using his own resources.
The politico had put up his cutouts at a number of places in the electorate to convey the message that he is to contest the upcoming general polls as a candidate of the party in the bud.
Meanwhile, a senior stalwart of the same party who has resented the popularity that the politico is fast gaining among the people in the area has begun tearing down the latter’s cutouts and placing every possible obstacle in the way of his development programmes, they say.
