The Green party backbenchers are said to be highly perturbed over the actor-turned politico’s repeat allegation that there are cocaine addicts among Diyawanna members on both sides of the great divide.
Meanwhile, two backbenchers, one from Sabaragamuwa and the other from Uva have decided to uncover the ‘dark secrets’ and scandals associated with the life and the career of the former actor to hurl at him turning the tables on him.
They have also planned to share the dark secrets they are sure to uncover with some vociferous opposition members whom they have already chosen.
The duo is said to be going around these days saying, “We two are going to teach a good lesson to the actor which our bosses have failed to do!”
