This politico who is known to have had a foot in both camps has now sought refuge in his original party, they say.
He is said to be hanging around the Blue party headquarters again which is really his Mahagedara in politics.
A fast runner, he found himself left high and dry when both the Big Boss and the Number Two ignored him following his defeat at the recent polls. In fact, he had earlier bragged that he would get a big post like that of a governing one.
Even the Blue party chief has now given him the cold shoulder. By the way, this politico had once suggested the deletion of two names from the Colombo district list to ensure his own chances of winning, they say.
Meanwhile, some Blue party stalwarts reading this politico’s new moves as a bid to secure a high post in the party again, have warned the party chief that they would not hesitate to quit the party if he were to be accommodated again.
