He is known to attend board meetings and other official conferences in slippers and loosely wearing a shirt. He does not seem to be self-conscious about being a poor comparison in appearance to the white-collar high-ups who invariably attend the official conferences in coat and tie, they say.
This chairman, they say, closely associates with some officials known to be corrupt and dishonest and often share the bottle with them.
