MCSL joins cricket cheers

With the cricket World Cup fever hitting its peak last week, the whole country was looking forward to a Sri Lankan victory at the final held last Saturday.

(MCSL) on the 11th Floor of the Colombo 3 Merchant Tower where all its staff members reported to work in the Sri Lankan cricket T-shirts to express their best wishes to the Lankan cricket team.

Yes FM cricket party



Ever since the ushering in of 2011, the buzz has been about the biggest games that has gotten Asia and most parts of the world hooked onto to an obsession that even out beats MTV’s (Music Television’s)  cult status - The ICC World Cup!


To fuel fan mania, Yes FM threw probably the biggest Cricket Party at CR n FC, complete with all things just right for a proper home “cheering on”  party - a pumped up Pappare band, awesome half time entertainment from Az Sherrif, Natasha R And Shey and more, beverage deals and among others, the match shown on a Giant LED screen (HD Live) and encouraged the die-hards of the game to bring their own “celebration gear” and take home cash, prizes and most importantly great memories!
