NTB introduces Diners Club Int’l to Sri Lanka

At an event coined ‘Welcome to the Club’, Nations Trust Bank (NTB) hosted its pioneering merchant partners of Diners Club International at 8 degrees on the lake, Cinnamon Lakeside, Colombo. At this event, NTB announced the partnership with over 500 merchant establishments across Sri Lanka, enabling all Diners Club card holders to use their card in Sri Lanka.

 The acceptance of the card at the merchant network spans from dining to retail to hospitality 
and entertainment. 
Commenting on the partnership NTB Director/CEO Renuka Fernando stated, “This is the start of a great partnership and we are excited to introduce Diners Club International to the Sri 
Lankan market.

Diners Club International Ltd is a direct banking and payment services company owned by Discover Financial Services, one of the most recognized brands in the U.S. financial services. 
The bank operates 92 branches across the country with an ATM network that covers 130 locations and is the issuer and sole acquirer for Diners Club International cards in Sri Lanka.
