JAT wins big at Architects Exhibit

At the recently concluded Architects Exhibition, JAT won the award for the Most Innovative and Informative stall, proving that they are the forerunners in the market for timber coatings. This was the first time an award was awarded for this category.

JAT Holdings who was first to introduce water based lacquers to the local market, which provides the hardest scratch proof resistant surface, taking another new step introduced their maintenance range including polishing and cleaning detergents, which are all purpose cleaners for interior & exterior for timber doors, windows, pool decks and a parquet cleaner wax, maintenance products for terra cotta, brick walls and floors.

Founded by Aelian Gunawardene, for over 18 years, JAT Holdings has been active in providing wood care protection systems – “Sayerlack” – to the Sri Lankan market. JAT Holdings through the years has been able to consolidate the market for Sayerlack in Sri Lanka. JAT has also expanded its markets to Bangladesh, Maldives and India.
