Colombo moves out from the worst

Colombo has been able to move out from the list of ’worst livable cities’, the bi-annual ranking by the Economist Intelligence Unit of the Economist magazine showed

During this year’s February, Colombo was ranked among the 10 most worst livable cities in the world
 
The index ranks cities with an overall rating which is then subdivided into categories of stability, healthcare, culture & environment, education and infrastructure- on a scale from 100 to 0 with hundred being the "ideal" and zero "intolerable.
 
Australia’s Melbourne was rated the best livable city in the world.
